Provl. Divn. No.1, Patiala:-

  • S/R/ to Devigarh Naneola Road (PIDB Funded) with a amount of Rs. 312.93 lacs.
  • Construction of ROB 15 C at Patiala, Rajpura, Bathinda Section on Northern Bye Pass Patiala with a amount of Rs. 1997.00 lacs.
  • 18 Nos. Minor Road Projects completed under MP LAD scheme with a amount of Rs. 68.52 lacs.
  • Construction of Type 332 No. Quarters, Near Ghalouri Gate at Patiala under OUVGL Scheme-i completed with a amount of Rs. 2850.00 lacs.
  • Construction of Boys Hostel in Govt. Medical College Patiala completed with a amount of Rs. 237.00 lacs.
  • Construction of Girls Hostel in Govt. Medical College Patiala completed with a amount of Rs. 318.02
  • Construction of Labs for Physiology Department in Govt. Medical College Patiala with a amount of Rs. 124.00
  • Construction of Cancer Centre in Govt. Medical College Patiala completed with a amount of Rs. 245.20 lacs.
  • Construction of De-Addiction Centre (OPD) Block, Internal Roads, Parking and footpath in Rajindra Hostpital Patiala completed with a amount of Rs. 286.69 lacs.
  • Construction of Hostel for Girls in Govt. Mohindra College at Patiala completed with a amount of Rs. 229.84 lacs.
  • Construction of Parking at Mandir Shri Kali Mata Ji Patiala completed with a amount of Rs.321.87 lacs.
  • Widening, and Strengthening of Patiala Bhadson Road R.D 8.00 Km to 11.00 Km =(3 Km) (width 5.50 mtr to 9.00 mtr including 1m wide paved shoulder on both side) under CRF scheme completed with a amount of Rs. 279.39
  • Roads upgraded under 3054 M&R Scheme having a length of 4.60 km with the amount of 67.00 lacs.

 Provl. Divn. No.2, Patiala:-

  • In S/R/Patch work Programme 2015-16, the length of 164.71 km ofLink Roads repaired with the amount of Rs. 1689.84 lacs.
  • In S/R Programme 2016-17, the lengthof 98.12 km of Link Road repaired with the amount of Rs. 1018.16 lacs.
  • Repair of 1 No. Critical Road G.T. Road to Shambhu Ghanour Road via Jand Mangoli & Lachhru Kalan (Section Kami Khurd to Bapror) having length 9.00 km from which 3.00 km length completed with a amount of Rs. 44.52 lacs& remaining 6.00 km length proposed under due link roads upto 31.03.2012 programme.
  • Construction of Sub-Tehsil Complex Building at Ghanour completed with a amount of Rs. 110.71 lacs.
  • Construction of 7 No. Additional Class Rooms, Art & Craft Room, Science Lab & Library in Govt.Sr.Sec. School at Rajpura (Under RMSA) completed with a amount of Rs. 69.63 lacs.
  • 2 Nos. streets completed under MP LAD scheme with a amount of Rs. 7.35 lacs.

Const. Divn. Patiala:-

  • Strengthening of Patiala Gulha Cheeka 2016-17, the length of 23.20 km of road repaired with the amount of  1590.40 lacs under CRF Scheme.
  • In S/R Programme 2016-17, the length of 10 Nos. Link Road 32.24 km of length repaired with the amount of Rs. 374.00 lacs under 8443 deposit Work of PMB Funds.
  • In S/R Programme 2016-17, the length of 3 Nos. Link Road 23.00 km of length repaired with the amount of Rs. 239.20 lacs under PIDB Scheme.
  • Special Repair to Samana Gulha road via Dakala-Karhali Sahib, Nizamniwala & Kamalpur 13.80 km completed with the amount of Rs. 603.61 lacs under PIDB Scheme.
  • Patiala Pehowa Road (SH-08) 18.50 km completed with the amount of Rs. 1960.70 lacs under PIDB Scheme.

Works is in Progress in District Patiala.

Provl. Divn. No.1, Patiala :-

  • 5 Nos. Minor Road Projects Under MP LAD Scheme is in progress (70% work completed) with a amount of Rs. 15.10 lacs.
  • Construction of Admin. Academic, Workshop & Hostel Block in College of Aeronautical Engineering at Patiala is in progress (98% work completed) with a amount of Rs. 1932.00 lacs.
  • Construction of Laboratory Building for Asstt. Controller Legal Metrology at Patiala is in progress (80% work completed) with a amount of Rs. 35.00 lacs.
  • 10 Nos. Roads Projects Under Urban Mission Scheme 2017-18 are in progress (Overall 70% work completed) with a amount of Rs. 1313.00 lacs.

Provl. Divn. No.2, Patiala:-

  • In S/R Programme 2018-19, the length of 14 km of Link Road is being repaired with the amount of Rs. 1701.21  lacs.(8% work completed).
  • Upgradation of Bahadargarh Seel Ghanour Shambhu Road having a length of 28.00 km under CRF scheme with a amount of Rs. 5256.83 lacs (57% work completed).
  • In NABARD-24 scheme 2018-19, the length of 110.77 km of Roads is being upgraded with the amount of Rs. 4425.67 lacs (Tender work in progress).
  • Construction of Sub-Tehsil Complex Building at Ghanour (Balance work) is in progress with a amount of Rs. 66  lacs(75% work completed).
  • Construction of lift rooms, Public toilets &Internal finishing work is in progress in Judicial Court Complex Building at Rajpura  with a amount of Rs. 67 lacs(58% work completed).
  • Construction of 2 nos. residential houses in Judicial Court Complex Building at Rajpura with a amount of Rs. 129.31 lacs(10% work completed).
  • Construction of 1 no. Court room, including retiring room, waiting room, clerk room, corridor in Judicial Court Complex Building at Rajpura  with a amount of Rs. 53.55 lacs(3% work completed).
  • Construction of additional buildings and special repair of existing buildings at Children home and mentally Retarded persons home campus at Rajpura with a amount of Rs. 37.32 lacs(15% work completed).

Under MP LAD scheme

  • Construction of office room for Mentally Retarded persons home campus at Rajpura with a amount of Rs. 10.00 lacs (10% work completed).

Const. Divn. Patiala:-

  • Special Repair of Patiala-Pehowa (SH-08) Road 3.60 km work in progress under PIDB Scheme with a amount of Rs. 575.46 lacs & work 99% completed.
  • Special Repair of NIS Chowk to Bye-Pass (Patiala to Dakala Road) Patiala to Samana Gulha Road via Dakala, Karhali Sahib, Nizamniwala ODR-50 4.80 km work in progress under PIDB Scheme with the amount of Rs. 285.03 lacs & work 98% completed.
