Important Instructions
- Treat this work as most important and submit the following at Room No 312,Second Floor,Block-A, Mini sectt., Patiala before 09 November,2021.
- Exported data in CD and write the name of department/office on CD with black marker.
- Declaration Certificate by Head of the Department (Reports —> Print Declaration Certificate along with Required documents.
- Summary Report of Records Entered (Reports —> Summary of Entered Records Available for Export)
- Signed Checklist from Individual Staff Member (Reports —> Checklist Signed by Staff).
- All pages of Checklist must be Signed and stamped by HOD.
- List of Class 4 employees / Drivers should be enter in prescribe performa (Excel Format ) submit this excel file in the CD along with DISE Capsule data.
- Read the Installation Instructions Manual and then install the software as per instructions only.
- Keep checking the website for regular updation.
